How do orders work with Brexit?

Here you will find all the details about shipping to the UK and the returns process.

Shipping time: Shipping is done via Hermes, but now takes 6-7 working days in total. The parcels are shipped from our warehouse in Germany and taken to the UK. The tracking number will be activated and updated with more information for delivery by Hermes only after your order has been scanned for the first time in the UK, after having gone through customs. After that, delivery will take 1-2 working days.

Shipping costs: The shipping costs will be £5.95 for standard customers, and free for Premium customers. All prices are final, and our customers will not bear any customs costs.

Returns: Although we ship all parcels from our warehouse in Germany, we have provided a warehouse in the UK, where all returns will go. From there, they will be sent back once weekly to our warehouse in Germany, where they will be registered and refunded. This means that returns and their refund will take around 10-14 working days.

We will provide prepaid return labels to our Premium customers, so that they will be able to return the goods for free. Standard customers will need to pay the cost of sending the parcel back.

Other information: Please keep in mind - all benefits for our Premium members are for customers who are Premium at the time of ordering, or becoming a Premium member at the same time as the purchase. It will not be valid for customers who purchase the membership after ordering physical articles. The Premium membership cannot be used retrospectively.
